Request evidence for the application
Ask for a sample cut or documented application review on representative material. Agree how edge condition, dimensions and processing time will be evaluated. Published maximum capability should not be assumed to mean the same quality or output on every material and geometry.
Quote the complete cutting package
Identify the laser source, cutting head, bed format, enclosure, controls and software included. Clarify gas supply, extraction, cooling, material handling and consumables. Ask the supplier which items are provided by the buyer and which utility conditions must be met before commissioning.
Plan delivery, safety review and support
Have the intended installation reviewed by the responsible qualified personnel. Obtain the equipment documentation, access requirements, operator training proposal and service arrangements. For an export purchase, confirm the exact destination documents required for the quoted configuration rather than relying on a general compliance statement.
