Technical planning and buyer guidance

Our poultry division combines metal fabrication, cage engineering, automation integration and farm project planning. Buyers receive one technical route from initial capacity calculation to equipment configuration, production, packing, export documentation, installation coordination and spare parts support.

Layer cage layout: rows, tiers and service aisles

Usable house width and length must accommodate cage rows, service aisles, feed and egg routes, manure discharge, ventilation paths and installation access. Capacity should never be calculated from cage footprint alone.

Poultry house cooling in hot climates

Cooling design begins with heat load, outside temperature, humidity, air velocity, fan performance, inlet distribution, pad area, water quality and emergency power planning.

Planning feed storage and daily consumption

Feed silo capacity should reflect bird count, ration, delivery frequency, reserve days, bulk density, weather protection and conveying capacity. Oversized or undersized storage creates operational risk.

Egg handling from cage row to packing area

The route should minimize transfers, drops and congestion. Row belts, elevators, cross conveyors, cleaning brushes, speed synchronization and connection to grading equipment must be coordinated.

Maintenance access in automated poultry systems

Motors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, tensioners, belts and safety guards need accessible inspection points. Service clearance should be considered during house layout, not after installation.
