Describe the task and field conditions
State the crop, intended operation, soil condition and any access or slope constraints on the actual farm. Keep desired working width separate from the width that can be safely handled by the chosen tractor. Avoid transferring a neighbour’s setup without checking your own field and machine conditions.
Compare the working package
Ask which attachments, wear parts and operating instructions are included. Identify delivery dimensions, assembly requirements and service access. The final proposal should make the machine specification and destination document requirements clear, together with any locally provided setup work.
