A country name is not sufficient to select ventilation or cooling: the proposed system needs a documented design basis for the actual house.
Review water and power with the climate system
Where cooling is included, request water requirements and identify any supply or treatment work outside the equipment scope. Ask the responsible installer to review power loads, controls and backup arrangements. Make the buyer’s utility obligations visible before comparing offers that appear to contain the same fans or cooling components.
Specify commissioning and import review
Ask for the checks, operator instruction and maintenance access included at handover. The importer should confirm the applicable documentation for the selected equipment and destination before the order is finalised. Keep technical suitability, document review and commercial delivery terms as separate approval steps.
