Use one brief for every offer

Keep feeding, drinking, collection, manure handling and climate equipment as identifiable items so differences between quotations can be explained.
Identify what connects to what
Ask for interface drawings showing feed arrival, water entry, egg handling and manure discharge. Identify the installer responsible for each connection. If existing equipment will remain, provide its model and dimensions; the supplier must review compatibility before it is included in the proposed layout.
Agree a measurable handover scope
List the drawings, operating instructions, training and checks required at handover. Ask the importer to review destination documents for the specific equipment before order confirmation. Keep any required conformity evidence, installation work and service arrangements explicit; a general brochure is not evidence that all requirements are included.
