Describe normal and backup operation
For an Iraq poultry or feed project, record the site electrical supply and the backup arrangement planned by the buyer. Ask the installer to review the selected drives, panels and operating sequence. Define what should happen during a power interruption and which emergency equipment is outside the supplier’s base scope.
Connect the feed route to the house plan
Identify whether feed is bought ready-made or produced on site. Show raw-material or finished-feed storage, conveying routes and vehicle access. If a feed line is included, request a process diagram and realistic operating-hour assumptions, rather than selecting the line from one machine’s stated output alone.
Prepare controls and replacement information
Request model references for controllers, sensors, drives and other agreed service items. Confirm the language and format of operating instructions and the process for requesting technical assistance. Have the importer review the selected equipment and destination documents, including export-compliance questions, before a final commercial commitment.
