Discuss suitable storage conditions and shelf-life requirements where relevant. Treat quoted lead times as order-specific information, not as a permanent promise for every future replacement.
Make the list usable for the local team
Create a simple register with the component reference, machine location, stock quantity, storage location and reorder contact. Attach the relevant manual page and a clear photograph where permitted. Review the list when equipment is added or modified. A well-organised handover helps the buyer communicate a requirement accurately without claiming that all downtime can be eliminated.
